Pigmented Lesion Reduction With Motuz AZ+ Moveo PL and VL

Cherry Bend is now offering treatments with the revolutionary Motus AZ+ for pain-free vascular and pigmented lesion treatments. Using the signature Moveo (move, in Italian) technology, this system is unlike any other laser platform. Traditional laser treatments utilize an up-and-down zapping motion, applying bursts of energy to the skin. But Motus AZ+ is different. The handpiece glides smoothly across the skin, maintaining contact with a cooling sapphire tip. As a result, treatments are incredibly comfortable, safe, and effective.

The Motus AZ+ is so versatile it is also effective at removing vascular and pigmented lesions like dark spots, sun damage, redness, rosacea, and other hyperpigmentation. The Nd:YAG (1064nm) laser targets the pigment (melanin) in the skin while leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. We can treat large and small areas on the face, chest, hands, arms, legs, and even back. This non-ablative treatment is perfect for anyone who wants clearer, more youthful looking skin without the downtime of more aggressive lasers.

Is a Motus AZ treatment right for me?

One of the breakthrough benefits of the Motus AZ is that it is safe and effective for light to dark skin types. Whether you have fine, light hair or a darker skin tone, the Motus AZ can be used to target and permanently remove unwanted hair. How does it work?

The original Motus AZ features Moveo technology, which was developed to deliver pain-free hair removal and overcome the traditional limitations of the Alexandrite 755nm laser. Now the same technology is used on the Motus AZ+ for treating pigmented lesions, revitalizing the skin, and diffusing vascular lesions.

What are treatments like?

Treatment length will vary depending on the area being treated. At Cherry Bend Health and Wellness, we feature the AZ+, which is relatively fast and able to complete a large area in under five minutes. Moveo technology eliminates the discomfort of typical laser hair removal. Most people only feel a warming sensation making the experience a highly comfortable one.
